I've spent years on stage and in studios — first as a professional dancer touring Europe, then as a coach and trainer in multiple studios.

Body Confidence Training is the distillation of everything I've learned — blending barre, Pilates, yoga, sensual movement, and mindset coaching into one transformative approach.
